In recent years monsoon waves/clouds forgotten to bring rain into the drowght hit areas of Formers sowing land.From last 4 years rain is not at all helping Barren field, Percentage of drowght declared lands are increasing instead of sowing..As a reader as we aware how government reacting towards formers? Crop insurance companies doing what? I personally observed from many years formers not at all getting the benefit of crop insurance but for sure that formers paid insurance premium.Why government authority body not ensuring governance in Insurance benefit? However believed that government depends upon political party, Congress Completely lost credibility.Yes all need to accept without arguing. Leave aside particular political party, my question is what Karnataka chief executive why not taken initiation he is not appointed by any political body! And why KAS and IAS officers not taken Initiatives to develop farmers??
For all the business endeavors had all helping body, customers live assistance care, research institutions, Consultancies, Board of directors, but why not same implementing in agriculture? The only mistake of formers suicide is they fight alone without help of any supporting hands if they fail then obviously they have only one opportunity to overcome his debt is suicide. Last 5 years Karnataka formers are the highest in suicide.. why this alarming situation not hitting the thoughts of MP's, MLA's or other representatives of the particular locality.
My title started with cloud forming, yes you may have a doubt why he kept this tittle never earlier written about cloud forming in this article! Meanwhile because of that only I briefed you all on issues and thoughts which all made me to.write this article. Now exactly will deepen in the title, few weeks ago government came with cloud forming intiative it's good to discuss. As per the American research says that only 1% of probability can expect the rain. Last week I mean 1 September to 10th September government started Cloud forming in North Karanataka but for God sake rain started heavily in South Karanataka, example-Banglore rain, is government says rain Happened in Bangalore that's also because of Cloud forming??? North Karanataka rain fallen from last 10 days so to the clarity is this rain came because of this or naturally???
