Enjoyed alot... First time in my life time stayed in home stay as My owned home and its urges to tell about the nice engagement of home stay businesd. Am really delighted about their service ... Thanks to the Mattuga residence team...

AIRTEL JOURNEY.....

The first and formost thing i need to tell to the readers about My long 2 years and 1 month succeful professional journey with Bharti Airtel company limited was Awesome!!!Amaging!unforgatable!!! superb!!! learning. I can compare Bharti Airtel journey was like great university professional cource.

Enjoyed alot, infiltrated great memories.. 

             Joined on 6th jan 2014 and resigned on 27th Jan,2016. After 1 year journey with Davangere moved and promoted to Bellary with awaited responsibility. Initially struggled alot for business gradually adjusted for sunny weather, finally came with a High expected business results(Arun sir ZBM desires) or i can say as completion of assigned task within 10 months.

 

Within a year replaced 2 new distributors in Jagalur and Davangere and got high results as per English quote as "HIGH RISK AND HIGH RETURNS", with this only i counted chickens before they hatch(as per study applied theory of the great management guru Arindham Chroudri).

            In a same time I mention that i got 2 transfers and Top rating in my first appraisal, And ONE promotion,  in the mean time priority basis proclaim that Moved from smalll THQ to Big DHQ (Jagalur to Bellary Urban).

Sunny Bellary

Horrible Rainy season in bellary in-pact without rainfall......
Bellary is a city famous for mining , heavy sunny, surrounded by JSW, near by Tungabdra Dam, and Hampi historic place..
Historic place Hampi also in a final stage of destroyed colours. No good transport and Water fecility across Bellary but  famous for business elements.


                      Selected places with youngness,hunger to earn, Little commercial.... Less students and not much college campus... 

THE DAY IN MY NATIVE FARM HOUSE

Heavy rain, cool climate, frequently hugging breeze!!!!! Due to good monsoon i found green crops in all fields!!!! The weather approached me and offered a pleasant tea through rainy drops!!!! Enjoyed mysoor mallige smell in my field made me to feel completely heaven natur....

history in my life(milestone of the day in my life) alone on bike 400 kms wow!!!!! feeling great!!!!

learnings for the day

The day taught me people management, social involving for good accomplishments and good hopes. I learnt one kannada proverb from bus passangers- " hollakke sasialla hallakke niralla" really fabulous!!!!. It mean people wont accept happily what they got, always feel for what god doesn't give.
